We remember even though we quoted very high selling price to Joseph, he respected our views and patiently explained the current market trends and advised accordingly. We remember it was a long journey as we have initially hold the selling process after some viewings due to some personal reasons, but Joseph and his team was very patient and they actively worked again when we requested them to continue the selling process.
